There is a quote that says 'when you don't have ups and downs in life, you're dead'. Well..than I'm definitely not dead. Sometimes you have days or weeks where everything seems to go right, the weather is nice, work is good, lots of quality time with friends... and than there are times when your world seems to fall apart and and nothing goes right. Well that's where I am right now. I wouldn't say my world is falling apart but I'm definitely not as happy as I would like to be so I'll just have to deal with the situation I'm in right now. That's why I didn't take as much photo's as usual. Hopefully next week will be a better one.
But there is always something good in every bad situation, so here are mine..
♥ Going strong on the 30 Day Shred! I had to take two resting days because there was something wrong with my knee, but that's feeling much better now so on with level two tomorrow. I think level two is so much harder than level one! Well I know it's suppose to be harder but the person who invented 'planking' is definitely not on my 'happy person list'. Never knew it was that hard (and my arms were that weak haha).

DeleteHope things are already better now!! I started the 30 Day Shred a while back but due to shin pain I never even made it to level 2 :( I do love me some planking, haha! Just because it trains so many muscles & it's so easy to track your progress ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm getting there :) Oh too bad you never made it to level 2 :( I have to say I'm still having trouble with my knee so I'm taking it a bit easy now. No still hating plaking over here haha ;)
