Well this pretty model was kind enough to pose for me for the silhouette photo! Thnx S! I really like how this one turned out. Kind of abstract looking, but not too much.

When I think of my home and trying to capture it in one photo, I thought of my favorite spot which is this one. This is where I collect not just my souvenirs from travels, but also souvenirs friends brought back from theirs. These little treasures mean so much to me. I love the memories attached to them and every time I look at it, it brings back lots of happy ones :)

Photochallenge Day 3: Something Old

Well this is an old photo of 10/11 year old me (the one on the right), on camp in the neighbourhood with some of my friends back then. Found this picture today while I was cleaning out my guestroom which was stuffed with all kinds of boxes I still needed to unpack. I always get distracted when I'm cleaning, especially when I find old pictures or letters. So no need to say that the room is still a mess, but loved finding this picture again.

So this is kind of an awkward selfportrait made in the train, while there were lots of people watching. I don't really like taking pictures of myself and especially in public, but oh well..here you go!

So I decided it was time for something new here on the blog. Since I want to be more active with photographing and it's my holiday, I'm going to do a 30 day photochallenge! I know it's a weird day to start something like this now (first of the month or something like that would make much more sense), but I think every day is a good day to start something new!
